Lorenz Halbeisen: newly appointed Adjunct Professor
We are delighted to announce that Dr Lorenz Halbeisen was appointed Adjunct Professor at the meeting of the ETH Board in May 2022.
Lorenz Halbeisen, Senior Scientist and Private Lecturer in the Department and at the University of Zurich, was appointed as Adjunct Professor.
Lorenz Halbeisen is an internationally recognised specialist in forcing, a technique for constructing models in set theory. The philosophical aspects of his work constitute a significant asset to the teaching and research cooperation with the Department of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences.
