(Report number 2012-10)

Abstract
A front tracking method is developed for the n x n symmetric Key fitz-Kranzer system and convergence of the approximations to the strong generalized entropy solution of the system as defi ned by Panov [13] is proved. We also present numerical examples and compare the front tracking approximation with the finite di fference upwind schemes constructed in [9].
