Peter Bühlmann: ASA Fellow
The world's largest association for statisticians, the ASA, has appointed Professor Peter Bühlmann as a Fellow.
Peter Bühlmann was honored for his "fundamental contributions to high-dimensional inference problems on graphical models, regression and multiple testing, machine learning and causal inference; for exemplary mentoring; and for dedicated editorial service to the profession". He is a full professor at the Seminar for Statistics.
