Outlook Web Access (OWA)

This documentation gives only basic  informations about handling. For detailed Informations consult the OWA Help or the Microsoft Website.

Options Menu

Find the Option Menu in the upper right corner in the OWA list menu. Show User Settings, define Automatic Email Replies, create Inbox Rules,  change Language, select Themes.

My Account

is used to show the user informations

Define "Out of Office"

Search emails from me sent to, or from sent to me

Calendar
Define some properties for the calender

Email Name Resolution
Choose how to search in first for names

Regional
Change the preferred language, Date Format, Rename Default Folder Names

Block or Allow

Here you can specify junk email rules. Automatically filter for junk emails is activated. If you will trust to senders from your contacts, set Trust Emails from my Contacts

Share This Calendar

Share your Calendar with other persons. Note to set access policies in the Sharing Permissions option

Add Calendar

Enter others calendar from the organisation or from an calendar shared on a Internet location
