Deadlines & Important Dates

Financial support	Anybody, who wants to apply for financial assistance should be aware of additional deadline, which generally will be earlier than the deadline below and will depend on the funding agency and the time to obtain a visa.
12 Jun 2006	Start of online submission for abstracts for Contributed Talks and for Minisymposium proposals online registration
31 Aug 2006	Deadline for Minisymposium Proposals
30 Sep 2006	Notification of acceptance of Minisymposium Proposals, submitted till 31 Aug 2006
10 Oct 2006	Extended deadline for Minisymposium Proposals
14 Oct 2006	Deadline for applications for financial support handled by ICIAM07
02 Nov 2006	Notification of acceptance of Minisymposium Proposals which are submitted until 10 Oct 2006
12 Nov 2006	Deadline for abstracts submission (Minisymposium Talks, Contributed Talks, Posters) GAMM: Deadline for abstract submission (Contributions to Sections and Minisymposia)
By End Nov 2006	Final registration (hotel, payment, ..) open
11 Dec 2006	Notification date. By this date speakers of Minisymposium Talks, Contributed Talks and Posters whose abstracts have been received by the above deadline will have be notified of the acceptance. This enables participants to take advantage of early-bird registration.
31 Jan 2007	New Deadline for EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION = 31 January 2007 Payment must be made by 28 Feb 2007
30 Mar 2007	Deadline for speakers to pay the registration fee, otherwise the presentation will be deleted from the congress program
30 Mar 2007	Late submission deadline for Posters (Presenters of posters will be notified of acceptance in due course)
30 Mar 2007	Late submission deadline for Contributed Talks. Until this date abstracts of Contributed Talks may still be received, but without any guarantee that the presentation can be scheduled and will be listed in the congress program.

13 May 2007	Deadline for guaranteed hotel reservation by SPECTRUM EVENTS
30 Jun 2007	Registration deadline
